Wellness Program
For the upcoming plan year, we will be going into the next phase of our Wellness Program. The County has contracted with the Summit Medical Fitness Center to administer our wellness program called "Healthy Incentives". The Summit will provide the health screening, including a blood test, Health Risk Assessment (HRA) and coaching.
To qualify for the lower deductible health plan, covered employees/retirees/Cobra participants, and their covered spouse, must complete a health screening at the Summit by June 7, 2013.
